I'm an Assistant Professor in the Health Informatics division of Biostatistics, and a developer for NEURON and ModelDB. Computationally and mathematically, I'm interested in dynamical systems modeling and applications of machine learning and NLP to gain insights into the nervous system. Biologically, I'm interested in Alzheimer's, Ischemia, and interactions of chemical and electrical dynamics.
I'm up for talking about any of these things, as well as neuroinformatics and simulation methods in general.
