My main interest is the physical basis of conscious experience. In Workshop with Joseph Lizzier (July 21/22), I will be talking about integrated information theory and category theory as an empirical approach to tackle with this problem. We also use empirical experimental methods (psychophysics, EEG, and fMRI) and neural data analysis to address the neural basis of consciousness.
