The CA1 region of the hippocampus has been involved in learning, memory, and spatial representations. CA1 cells are also the main output of the hippocampal region. CA1 reconstructions suggest different projection types. In this workshop I will present how we investigate CA1 combining previous CA1 reconstructions, retrograde injections and Allen Brain data to understand the different CA1 projection types.
