Quantal Parameters
Synapses modulate their signal to maintain stability or decrease or increase their strength. To improve quantification of synaptic dynamics with focus on computational efficiency and number of parameters, we introduce an utltra-fast variant of the binomial model, applied to estimate θ={N,p,q,σ,τd,τf,τdes}.

The supremacy of this one-shot method allows to retrieve many parameters without requiring multiple batches of training [1]. The method is suitable to spontaneous in vivo electrophysiology which makes it more general. It is the first model incorporating desensitization τdes.
We present here our last results applied to mice living in an enriched environment vs. anesthetized with trichloroethanol.
